Please read these Terms of Use. They govern your access to and use of the Babytravels website and Social Media accounts and the services offered via the Platform. These Terms also contain important information about your legal rights, remedies, and obligations. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms

1.EQUIPMENT SUBJECT TO LEASE. The Lessor shall rent the equipment listed herein to the Lessee whom must adhere to the terms and conditions within this document.

2. PAYMENT TERMS. The rental fee is based on a rate mentioned herein by and as announced by the team.
Rental period starts with receiving the product and ends with returning the products .. Additional charges shall be added in the event the equipment is damaged, missing any parts, or returned later than DATE AND TIME.

3. SECURITY DEPOSIT. In addition to the rental fee, the Lessee shall pay a security deposit prior to receiving any equipment. This deposit shall be returned to the Lessee max by 48Hrs after returning rented items, subject to the option of the Lessor to apply it against any charges or damages incurred. If any of the tools is damaged, 50% of the price of the damaged tools is paid, and in case of its loss, the total price of the tools is paid.

4. CARE AND OPERATION. The equipment may only be used and operated in a careful and proper manner. Lessee must inspect all tools on the same day of receiving them. In case of any problem, they should call us and shall be replaced and will be compensated for one additional day.

5. OPTION TO RENEW. If the Lessee is not in default upon the expiration of this lease, the Lessee shall the option to renew this Lease for a similar term on such terms as the Parties agree upon.

6. EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS: No refund shall be given if the items are returned before the lease expiry date, but the item can be exchanged for another one and you would pay the difference in cost if any. The refund policy is only applicable if the tools you ordered are defective and no replacement is available from our side.
